BATH TOO BIG, CLOSET TOO SMALL

What can be done when your bath has more than enough space and your closet is pinched? Remove the walls between them! This master bath was transformed by straightening an ell-shaped vanity and creating a peninsula with a floating mirror above. To balance the presentation, a window was added behind the other lavatory so the mirror could float there, as well! An island now fit into the space--storing shoes, purses, ties, and belts. It also serves to display the commisioned bronze. Brandy-stained tall cabinets around the perimeter effectively doubled the amount of closet space!
